There’s only a handful of artists whose influence impacted the development and progression of the Hip Hop artform dating back to its roots – This man being one of the special few, so it’s always important we pay dues. Rakim makes his valiant return with this new single entitled, “Holy Are You.” This will be the lead single from his highly anticipated album The Seventh Seal set to release early Fall 2009. The album is said to be a contemporary observation of the Hip Hop culture he helped define, it’s been a long time coming so hang tight. In the meantime, check out his track!
